Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email address you entered at the time the order was placed. Most stock orders not requiring printing will ship the same business day if the order is placed before 3:00 pm EST. Proofs for non-repeat orders are usually provided within 1-2 business days. Orders requiring printing usually ship within 3-5 business days once the artwork is approved. Orders requiring additional processing such as needing to be manufactured or adding self seal gluing may take longer. We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner but during extremely busy times additional delays may result. If you require additional information involving the turn around time for your order please contact customer support.

Return Policy

Any stock non-printed item in its original packaging can be returned but you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges. Please call for a "Return Authorization Number" prior to returning your order. All items returned must arrive in re-sellable condition so please make sure to pack them properly.

Printed orders and custom made envelopes are not eligible for return.

Be sure to use a service that can verify delivery of your return.
