![]() | We highly recommend that you print any electronic artwork and check the quality prior to uploading. We will not be responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by poor quality artwork. All bit map images should be 600 DPI or greater. Colors used should be spot colors. | ||
| 1. | Supplying Artwork: We use Adobe CS3® applications, including Photoshop®, Illustrator® and Indesign® so we can accept most major file types. We also accept Microsoft Word® files. Be sure to include all fonts and graphics used in your files. A. Uploading Artwork. After you process an order that requires printing the confirmation page will allow you to upload your files. Also you can upload your artwork at any time by clicking on My Account at the top of any page and choosing Upload Artwork. B. Typesetting Instructions. We can also typeset to your specifications. You can supply your specifications in the Box titled Printing Instructions & Comments on the pricing page or the Comment box on the page asking for your credit card. C. Mail. You can also mail camera ready artwork. | ||
| 2. | Review Your Proof: Once we receive your artwork and directions we will setup your job in our computer and supply you with a proof. Be on the lookout for an e-mail telling you your proof is ready. The sooner you review and approve your proof the sooner we can start production. | ||
| 3. | Review Your Envelopes: Upon receipt of your order, review the print quality. We are sure you will love the results, but in the un-likely event that there is a problem we want to take care of it A.S.A.P. | ||
