What is your return policy?

There is a 20% restocking fee on returned envelopes. (Freight charges are not credited.)

What kind of artwork do you accept?

We accept artwork in most formats but prefer Adobe PDF files. It is very helpful if you convert all fonts to outlines and ensure that all images are embedded.

How do I submit artwork?

You can upload artwork to your account using the following steps:

• Go to "My Account"
• Click "Upload Artwork"
• In the "File Upload" section, click a "Browse" button
• Locate the file you wish to upload
• Repeat this process for up to 3 files
• Click the "Upload" button

How long will it take to print my envelopes?

It can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days after proof approval to print your order. Current workloads, the complexity of your artwork, and the quantity of the order all play into the production time.

How long will it take to add Latex or Peel & Stick to my envelopes?

It typically takes 2 or 3 business days.
